BlinkEZ Return Policy:

Due to sanitation & health regulations, BlinkEZ cannot accept returns after the package has been opened, or returns on any eyelashes.

*You must Contact Us first to return or exchange merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise: If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, please notify us (BlinkEZ by phone or email within three (3) business days of receipt of the merchandise. It may be necessary for you to call the shipping carrier immediately for damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing

Merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials.  BlinkEZ reserves the right to either replace the item or offer a credit.

Extension Kits: are non-returnable

Merchandise Exchange: BlinkEZ must be notified by phone or email within three (3) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange.  Shipping fee's apply.  Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email regarding your exchange including a merchandise credit voucher to be applied to your next purchase.

Cancellations: 15% service charge will apply.

Returns due to customer error: If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fee's will apply. Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for processing.

Shipment Refusal: If an order is returned due to being refused, you will be responsible for shipping charges and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Processing time twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email; including a merchandise credit voucher to be applied to your next purchase.
